With a hands-on, lean model that strips away layers between clients and creatives, Visual Assets is proud to be finalists in two major categories at the 2025 UK Agency Awards: B2B Agency of the Year and Independent Agency of the Year.
This double nomination highlights us on the national stage and reflects our ability to punch far above our weight, delivering real impact for global players including Siemens Financial Services, IWG, Sodexo and Enfuce.
Significantly, these two categories reflect what makes Visual Assets special and drives our 90% client retention rate: a distinctive, highly personal approach to B2B, paired with the agility that only a small independent can offer.
Getting closer to clients, their brands, and their customers
As highlighted in our shortlisted entries, Visual Assets independence and lean model are key to how we forge strong, enduring relationships with our clients.
In the words of Andy Wright, Creative Director at Visual Assets:
“We embed ourselves into our clients’ worlds, becoming brand guardians and trusted partners. That earns us trust and confidence, enabling us to become close collaborators to road-test our clients’ ideas and roll out the collateral that brings a brand to life. This deep integration and consistent delivery drives our 90% client retention rate and fuels word-of-mouth growth.”
With a small, close-knit team of senior creatives, we’re all consistently involved in every aspect of our clients’ branding and comms. The same experts handle everything, whether we’re:
• Acting as brand guardians to shape and evolve our clients’ most valuable assets
• Inspiring, engaging and motivating internal teams as internal comms champions
• Delivering day-to-day collateral as business-as-usual heroes
As a result, we’re able to constantly grow our relationships to understand our clients’ brands as well as they do – or even better. We’re here for the big swings and small details, treating both with the same care, commitment and creativity. And that’s how we become an indispensable part of our clients’ lives: by earning our place time-and-time-again with consistently smart and impactful work.
In the words of one client: “A colleague once described Visual Assets as our design agency, but it’s more than that. I count on them to deliver, to help me think through new ideas and turn them into something incredible.”
The impact of independence: what our nominations mean to us
Being finalists in both of our categories is testament to the fact that our approach works. We believe we’re unlocking the real potential of independence – to move with agility, become more responsive, and meet our clients where they are with what they need.
“Being shortlisted for these awards is a significant moment of pride for us,” says Claire David, Managing Director. “We’ve built something that delivers real value without unnecessary overheads. Our lean model enables us to deliver the very best of what an independent agency can be: hands-on help from a team that knows creative and comms inside-out. Our clients say ‘I praise your support in helping us go a mile further’ and ‘They’re fantastic, they know their stuff, we value them massively.’”
Our 2025 nominations encapsulate our collaborative approach, our ability to understand our clients’ challenges, and the consistency of our delivery. That’s why, once clients work with us, they keep working with us.
