Background
The Pantiles is a Georgian colonnade in the centre of Royal Tunbridge Wells, which has become the town’s prime retail and leisure destination. Dandara found themselves in the enviable position of having the first new residential site in this sought after location for almost 25 years.
Concept development
As part of our creative pitch, we proposed the name ‘Pump Rooms’ as the site sat on the former location of the well that gave the spa town its name. Working in partnership with interior design team, we created a visual identity for the development which worked in harmony with the overall design scheme. We then expanded the concept to tell the story of the new scheme to help position it clearly in the market and appeal to the right clientele.
