Driving greater online conversion


SuperWellness partners with forward-thinking organisations, engaging with HR professionals to deliver wellness to their employees. Through its range of resources, webinars, training, and tailored programmes, SuperWellness enables healthier, happier organisations.

The task

SuperWellness needed to improve its online conversion rates. Having previously focused on nutritional services, they wanted to showcase a new range of compelling wellbeing services; from webinars and wellbeing days, to customised 12-month partner programmes.

Our approach

Starting with an audit of services, we explored the best way to sign post and cross sell throughout the site. We also took a fresh look at the website design – introducing a lively illustration style, updating the storytelling, and creating a new proposition, ‘Work happy’. This was all applied through the website’s existing CMS platform to enable the client to continue managing their content in a familiar environment.


The refreshed website now provides an accurate reflection of the Superwellness experience. The friendly copy style, fun illustrations and wholesome colours echo the personality and values of the nutritional and wellbeing practitioners who deliver personalised programmes and events. The new look and feel has also created a distinctive style for the brand, which has been rolled out across all customer-facing materials and channels – enabling greater recognition and recall.
