Elevator is the largest provider of Business Gateway services in Scotland, delivering practical help to entrepreneurs and small businesses. To extend its reach into more isolated areas, Elevator planned to establish a new network of rural and urban enterprise hubs. But this new ecosystem, E3, needed a strong, relatable brand to reach a wide range of audiences.

Turning a big idea into a human brand

From the outset, we worked closely with Elevator to find the human stories at the heart of business support. The new initiative needed to reach people who wouldn’t consider themselves entrepreneurs and this would take a bold brand that demanded attention. In just one month, we created a new brand around a simple-yet-strong campaign line: Make what you love what you do.

After creating this core proposition and a cohesive visual identity, we rolled it out across multiple touchpoints – from high visibility van wraps to a Canva social media toolkit that empowered regional teams to deliver high-quality posts without the need for agency expertise.


With our support, Elevator launched its striking new brand to great success. With consistently compelling branding across its website, on-site signage, exhibitions and more, E3 is becoming synonymous with practical, impactful support – and giving more people the opportunity to do what they love.
