Breathing new life into one of Edinburgh’s most iconic landmarks. City & Country and Cala Homes needed an umbrella brand and marketing concept for their joint development of Donaldson’s College.

City & Country were granted the privilege of turning this Grade I listed Jacobean mansion into a collection of stunning apartments. Cala Homes are creating a bold, contemporary crescent – providing a breathtaking fusion of old and new.

We were tasked to create a new destination brand that was respectful of its heritage whilst also looking to the future. We worked with the joint team to create a subtle, understated identity which would allow the individual characteristics of the two developments to co-exist.

City & Country and Cala Homes experienced extremely high levels of demand and interest, way in advance of the official on-site launch.
