Equipping a new global business division. Regus Global Development was formed to drive the exponential growth of Regus’ business centre network. With a huge task ahead they needed support from day one to create an entire armoury of collateral.

Background

Regus is the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace, with customers including some of the most successful entrepreneurs, individuals and multi-billion dollar corporations. Through their network of business centres, spanning almost 120 countries, they enable people and businesses to work wherever, whenever and however they want.

The tools to train, operate, pitch and close deals

We met with the new Global Development Directors on day one and helped extract their proposition and plan their communications. We coined the phrase ‘workspace revolution’ and used this as a central theme to encourage property owners to capitalise on the growing shift in flexible working. We wrapped this up with a distinctive visual style, which through the use of simple icons, provided clarity for the financial structures offered by their various deal types. 

Over the coming months we created a vast array of sales tools and customer facing communications. We helped build a training programme for their global sales teams, with a library of documents and videos. And worked with their development team to plan and build the user journey and interface for an app that drove best practice and tracked sales performance from prospecting to signing heads of terms.

With our ongoing support the business achieved remarkable success and grew the network from 1,200 to 3,000 locations over a five year period.
