Regus Global Development was formed to drive the rapid growth of Regus’ network. With a huge task ahead they needed support from day one to create an entire armoury of collateral.

Background

Regus is the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace, with customers including some of the most successful entrepreneurs, individuals and multi-billion dollar corporations. We met with the new Global Development team on day one and helped extract their proposition and plan their communications. 

Outcome

Over the coming months we created a library of tools to train and equip the new global sales teams. Regus Global Development became an established business division. With our ongoing support the business achieved remarkable success and grew the network exponentially from 1,200 to 3,000 locations.
